Natural Light Maternity Photography in Camden and Islington
Some couples make it easy.
Not because they perform for the camera. The opposite, actually. Anneliese and Aaron had this quiet, open energy between them, the kind that doesn’t need an audience. They were just into each other, genuinely and without any fuss, and that changes everything about what’s possible in a session.
Their flat in Camden was part basement, so we worked with what we had. The bedroom light was limited but it was enough, more than enough when you know where to look. We moved through the flat room by room, the bedroom, the lounge, the dining area, finding the light in each space and letting it do its job. By the end we’d used every corner of their home and it felt like we’d barely noticed.
What I remember most is how calm it was. Just two people, very much in love, about to become three. That’s all a maternity session needs to be.
This is what I do across Camden, Islington, Kentish Town, Primrose Hill and into Central London. I come to you, I work in natural light, and I follow the energy that’s already in the room.
