Buckinghamshire, Little Missenden Wedding: Rebecca + Dave's Vintage English Countryside Wedding

So I was asked by a good friend of mine and seriously fantastic wedding photographer Carly Michael to assist her as a second photographer at this amazing wedding in Buckinghamshire.

I arrived just in time to meet the groom, the best man and the groomsmen having a slap-up breakfast…yum.  They were undoubtedly a really friendly bunch of guys I have to say. It was quite clear from early on that Dave had this kind of infectious personality that filled the room and made anyone in his presence feel totally at ease.

When Becky arrived at the church; a beautiful historic building set in a quaint little village, I caught a glimpse of her through the door.  After I got my shots, I had to remove my camera from my face just so that I could really appreciate what I was seeing. Put simply, she looked stunning.  For one moment I looked back at Dave at knew that he had just seconds to see his bride. You could have heard a pin drop, and for just one moment everybody waited in anticipation.

The ceremony was followed by a lovely reception during which laughs, tears and stories flowed like running water, Becky and Dave had the most amazing day and one which I know they will never forget. Their love for each other was evident beyond words, and their friends and family were there to share every single special moment. It was clear to see how much that meant to them both.

What an awesome day I had. Congratulations, Rebecca and Dave, thank you for allowing me to share in your lovely wedding day, you guys rocked!
