I’m asked questions on how to pose a lot when it comes to motherhood sessions. I’d say we get the best when you just come as yourself. Yes, it may sound a little corny but I kind of love it when I turn up, and mum is really herself. As if it’s just any other day, and I’m popping in to visit.
We always get the best work when Mum (and I) are up for trying out a few things out.
Yes, on days like this we can create a bit of this…
Or maybe even a bit of this 🙂 …
Depending on the type of motherhood session, we go far it either requires minimal preparations or a good few weeks of preparation!
So talk to me honestly about what you want, really be honest because the more open you are with me, the better. I want these sessions to feel warm, close, and comfortable. Sometimes they can be therapeutic too.
So the key thing here is to keep it simple and have an open mind.
Make up, hair and all of that is fine, but don’t go overboard. Just be the best home version of you. Or if we’re planning something that’s really styled, well then we can talk about that stuff as and when. It’s a process, and I’ll help you through it.
So if you’re thinking of having a Mother and Baby session (or for older child), I hope this helps you … and don’t forget to enjoy it 🙂
